We will begin with an air sampling of your property in several different locations, as well as one taken outside for Quality Control purposes. We have special air machines that pull air onto sterile agar strips (for greater accuracy). The strips are then incubated and a report is generated to show all findings.

If a mold remediation is required, we will go in immediately, and use our powerful ozone machines, remove all TOXIC MOLD and BACTERIA. A form of high shock ozone treatment will be required to be most effective. During this process, the building will have to be vacated for a minimum of fifteen hours. There will be no harmful odor or residue left behind. All contents, including paintings, are left untouched.
